Responsible development means funding the whole program for the whole person.

Your gift will bless the people we serve with safe, sustainable water access, hygiene and sanitation education, and Christian witness programs to demonstrate the living water—the gospel of Jesus Christ. Gifts offered here are used at the discretion of Living Water International.

Our parish Lenten Water Challenge, during Feb. 28-March 6, is to drink only tap water, save the money you would have spent on other beverages (ie. coffee, soda, beer, juice, etc), and bring the money on March 5-6th at Mass to help the people of C.A.R. Or, you can donate here online. Water gives life, and our St. Dominic's parish motto for this Lenten challenge is "Be Living Water." The season of Lent challenges us to be people of life and solidarity. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to help the people of Central African Republic (C.A.R.) gain more access to water for drinking and cleaning. Pope Francis declared this Jubilee Year of Mercy at a church in the Central African Republic, and we wish to heed the Holy Father's call to fast, prayer, and give with hearts of mercy.

Living Water International exists to demonstrate the love of God by helping communities acquire desperately needed clean water, and to experience "living water"—the gospel of Jesus Christ—which alone satisfies the deepest thirst.

In 1990, we set out to help the church in North America be the hands and feet of Jesus by serving the thirsty. More than a billion people in the world live on less than a dollar a day, and many people living in poverty also lack access to safe drinking water.

Around the world, communities are trapped in debilitating poverty because they constantly suffer from water-related diseases and parasites, and/or because they spend long stretches of their time carrying water over long distances.
