Living Water

Where are the LWI offices?

We have offices in Houston, TX; San Jose, California; Zeeland, MI; and Portland, OR.

What do I wear?

We want you to be comfortable but professional in our offices. We would prefer you didn’t wear shorts or sleeveless shirts, but jeans and a nice T-shirt are absolutely acceptable

What do I bring?

If you have a laptop, it would be great if you would bring it when working on administrative tasks. If not, we will provide you with a computer. You can also bring a lunch if you want to eat here.

What days of the week is LWI open?

We are in the office Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

What about lunch?

If you want to bring your own lunch, we would love for you to eat with us. Lunch is a big social gathering for the employees. Or feel free to go out to lunch.

Who do we report to once we get to LWI?

When you walk in to the Houston office, tell our receptionist that you are meeting with Stacie and she will connect you. Otherwise, ask the staff member that contacts you following your application submission, and they’ll let you know where to go.

What if I have a full-time job during the day…are there other opportunities for me to volunteer?

Yes! Although most of our opportunities are during the work day, we do have monthly volunteer nights where people just like you can gather as a group and work on a project at the office. Additionally, many of our special events require evening or weekend hours.

If I don’t live near an office, how do I volunteer?

If you live relatively close but not close enough to volunteer in our offices on a consistent basis, we sometimes have opportunities for you to come in and get assignments then work on them at home. Otherwise, the best thing you can do is pray for the thirsty and raise awareness about the water crisis. Also, you can start or join one of our advocacy groups across the nation.

Please fill out the following form if you’re interested in advocacy groups!
